Tori Spelling expecting her fifth child with husband Dean McDermott

TORI Spelling has revealed she is pregnant with her fifth child to husband Dean McDermott, saying it was “a total surprise”.

TORI Spelling is expecting her fifth child with husband Dean McDermott.

“It was a total surprise,” the 43-year-old told People magazine. “But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.”

The couple are already parents to Liam, nine, Stella, eight, Hattie, five, and Finn, four. McDermott, 49, also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage.

“Dean was saying, ‘We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!’” Spelling said. “For the first time this year, they’re all in school. So it’s like, wow. We’re basically starting over.”

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress added: “This baby happened at the best time. Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”

The couple celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary in May — a significant milestone given their tumultuous relationship, including McDermott’s “public infidelity scandal” in 2013.

“It changed everything. It really did ... for the better. Because we had to start over. The relationship was just broken into a million pieces,” Spelling said about her husband’s affair on the defunct Kocktails With Khloe talk show in February. “We have now more of an open communication and relationship than we’ve ever had before.”
