YOU’VE seen her nude on a wrecking ball, you’ve seen her twerking on Robin Thicke, you’ve seen more than enough of her Gene Simmons-esque tongue for one lifetime.

Now Miley Cyrus has upped the ante, giving fans a super-gross look under her skin.

Yes, you read that right — Miley recently underwent surgery to remove a cyst from the inside of her wrist, and the social media-happy singer shared eight — count ’em, eight — graphic photos of her surgery in progress.

We ain’t smilin’.

We’ll spare you the horror of running all eight photos (check out her Instagram if you’re a glutton for punishment), but Miley also posted the same pic with a variety of other pop culture detritus superimposed onto her open wound. Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne and Justin Bieber were among the stars Photoshopped into the grisly snap — lucky guys.

OK, Miley. We’ve now quite literally seen your insides. Please, no more.
