While Beyonce’s little sister Solange didn’t throw any punches this year, she succeeded in sending the Twittersphere into a frenzy with a cryptic tweet about a fellow guest who got on her nerves.

“Shout out to when you think you all ‘artsy and sh*t’, but your (sic) just rude and annoying lol,” the Losing You singer wrote just after 2am.

Solange didn’t elaborate on who exactly was bugging her, but that didn’t stop fans from giving it a red hot go.

According to some, Bey’s sis was either talking about Taylor Swift, Katy Perry or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Azealia Banks and Tyga’s names were also thrown about on social media.

Tay Tay was top of the list after a photo did the rounds on Twitter of the group all chatting at the star-studded soiree.

All eyes were on the 29-year-old singer this year after her infamous elevator antics at the fashion gala back in 2014, particularly following the release of Bey’s controversial album, Lemonade.

Interestingly, Jay Z didn’t attend the ball with his superstar wife.

Solange, who donned a bright yellow David Laport dress with matching leggings to the annual ball in New York on Monday night, changed for the Balmain afterparty into something a little more comfortable — a space-inspired, spongy beige jumpsuit.
