Pregnant Megan Fox still wants a divorce

SHE’S going to have her third child with now-estranged husband Brian Austin Green — but that hasn’t changed Megan Fox’s divorce plans.

MEGAN Fox reportedly has no plans to drop her divorce petition against estranged husband Brian Austin Green, despite the pair expecting a third baby.

According to TMZ, Fox and Green have remained close even after the actress filed for divorce last August.

A close source to the couple told TMZ the pregnancy wasn’t planned and the actress doesn’t plan on withdrawing the legal documents.

According to the gossip website, the separation with the 90210 hunk means the money Fox has earned since she filed for divorce — including her pay for her latest TMNT flick — is hers.

Not withdrawing the divorce petition could however result in greater entitlement to more child support for Green for their two and soon-to-be three children, TMZ said.

Fox and the Beverly Hills 90210 heart-throb married in 2010 and have two children together, three-year-old Noah and two-year-old Bodhi Green.
