FORMER model and actress Kate Fischer, now legally known as Tziporah Malkah, has been charged with driving offences in Melbourne.
The 44-year-old, who was a contestant on reality show I’m a Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!, faced Melbourne Magistrates Court today on a number of driving matters.
Defence lawyer Michael Kuzilny indicated Malkah is likely to plead guilty but she wanted some time to discuss the matters.
Magistrate David Starvaggi told Malkah she may be disqualified from driving but she will not be locked up.
“This should be done today. She’s not going to jail,” he said. Malkah said she wanted to see CCTV footage of the alleged incident but Mr Starvaggi pointed out it was actually video taken by a driver. Her case was stood down until Wednesday afternoon, when it is expected to be finalised.
The former pin-up model has featured on the cover of Vogue four times and was engaged to billionaire James Packer in the 1990s.
