NICOLE Kidman wowed in a plunging sequin number last night, looking much younger than her 48 years.
Appearing at the UNICEF Ball at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel, Kidman wore a heavily embellished gown with thigh-high split showing off her legs for days.
Kidman, who has been a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF since 1994, joined a whole host of A-listers at the event including former English soccer star David Beckham who was honoured for his work with the charity.
“Extremely honoured to receive the @UNICEFUSA’s Humanitarian Leadership Award this evening at the #UNICEFBall. I can’t wait to continue doing all I can for Unicef and my 7 Fund, 7.org, to help children across the world,” Beckham wrote on Instagram.
Wife Victoria also sent her congratulations on the social media site: “We r (are) so proud of @davidbeckham receiving the @UNICEFUSA humanitarian leadership award at the #UNICEFball X You are an Inspiration to so many people with the incredible work you do ... we love u (sic) so much Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper x ...”
Other stars who attended the gala included Mariah Carey, Australians Nicole Kidman and Miranda Kerr, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Connelly and her husband Paul Bettany, Michelle Rodriguez and Heidi Klum.
Mariah Carey also performed at the event, thrilling guests with a rendition of hit tracks including Always Be My Baby and Hero.
It looked like she avoided an awkward run in with her current boyfriend James Packer’s ex, Miranda Kerr, who was also in attendance.
