Michelle Bridges, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis welcome son

DESPITE initial speculation that the Biggest Loser trainers had welcomed a baby girl, Bridges has confirmed she had a boy and revealed his name on Instagram.

MICHELLE Bridges has announced the birth of her first child, a little boy called Axel Bridges Willis.

Despite initial speculation that the Biggest Loser trainer and partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis had welcomed a baby girl, Bridges confirmed she had in fact given birth to a son in a post on Instagram this morning.

“We are thrilled to welcome our little boy into the world, Axel Bridges Willis born 19/12/15. Healthy and happy,” she wrote of his birth.

“Thank you for all the messages of love,” she added in the caption.

Willis also posted the same picture, with the caption: “Thankyou to everyone for all your well wishes.”

Bridges, 45, might have hinted the pair were set to name their son Axel when she posted a picture of herself wearing a Guns N’ Roses T-shirt next to his cot last week.
Axl Rose is the lead vocalist and only remaining original member of the iconic hard rock band.

“We did it! A bit of guns and roses music and it flew by! Love my @stokkebaby crib ... über cool” she wrote, perhaps referring to the assembly of the furniture.

No other details have been made public, with reports the pair are set to spill all in an exclusive paid tell-all with Who magazine.

While the baby is her first child, the newborn is Commando’s fourth. The former special forces operative left his ex-partner Froso — the mother of two of his children, who were then five years and 19 months old — to be with Bridges in 2013.

Bridges also left her husband of nine years, Bill Moore, to be with her co-host.
