Lindsay Lohan handed more hours of community service

LINDSAY Lohan wants community service credit for living her life, but a judge has thrown out more than half of her hours.

LINDSAY Lohan wants community service credit for living her life, but a judge has dismissed more than half the hours she has claimed as ‘work’.

Prosecutor Terry White has said the hours the troubled starlet has been claiming as community service are “unacceptable” and a judge has now ordered her to do another 125 hours, reports TMZ.

The Santa Monica chief deputy city lawyer had issues with the 240 hours the Mean Girls star claims she’s put in at a London volunteer centre, namely that she’s counting going to work towards her total.

One six-hour stretch of community service logged consisted of a two-hour matinee performance of Speed-the-Plow, a two-hour evening performance and a two-hour meet-and-greet.

According to TMZ, White, who was already sceptical of the 28-year-old’s claims, felt there were enough irregularities to call the actress’ community service into question.

The actress’ 240 hours of community service stem from a 2012 reckless driving case.
