KOURTNEY Kardashian’s partner Scott Disick has entered rehab after a booze-filled weekend in Atlantic City.

KOURTNEY Kardashian’s partner Scott Disick has entered rehab after a booze-filled weekend which made headlines.

The reality TV star, whose battles with alcohol have been documented on the show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, was hosting an event at an Atlantic City casino over the weekend.

Video of the event shows him giving a foul-mouthed onstage speech and then pouring alcohol down the throat of a female audience member.

TMZ reported that Disick was found wandering the foyer of his hotel without shoes at 8am, and his room was checked at 5pm that afternoon when concerns were raised over his whereabouts.

“I realise my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle,” Disick, 31, said in a statement before entering the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica.

According to the statement, Disick’s treatment — which is expected to last four weeks — will involve the chewing of the root of the iboga plant, which has naturally occurring psychoactive properties. It has been used in addiction therapy since the 1960s.

The Rythmia Life Advancement Center describes itself as a “beautiful private estate only minutes from the beach, which affords clients a secluded and serene environment.”

The Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Guanacaste boasts a successful but controversial hallucinogenic treatment program.

It also offers “a luxurious world-class experience that includes: a fitness centre, five-star restaurant, full-service spa with mud bath, and many other boutique amenities.”

Hollywood gossip sites suggested Disick opted for rehab after Kourtney Kardashian threatened to leave him if he did not curb his drinking.

The news comes shortly after the season 10 premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Disick and Kardashian have had an on-off relationship since 2006. He is father to her three children, the youngest of whom was born in December 2014.
