SALES of Kim’s sex tape have soared so much recently that Ray J, who also stars in the video, is set to make $50,000 in one week.

Ray J is earning extra cash from Kim Kardashian’s Paper magazine spread.

Nude photos of the 34-year-old reality TV star have caused sales of their sex tape, Kim K Superstar, which was filmed in 2003 and released in 2007, to skyrocket, reports TMZ.

Ray J is making a lot of money thanks to his tape with Kim Kardashian.

Sources tell the site that Ray J, 33, will earn $50,000 from last week’s big reveal — which included full-frontal nude images of Kardashian.

The Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star typically earns $90,000 every three months from his deal with Vivid Entertainment.

Steve Hirsch, president of the company, tells TMZ it’s now the biggest-selling celebrity sex tape ever. The site reports Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee previously held the title.

A request for comment from Ray J’s rep was not immediately returned.
