HUNGER games actress Jennifer Lawrence has showed off her incredible body after stripping down for a new shoot on behalf of Vanity Fair.
The 24-year-old lies on her stomach and kicks up her feet as an enormous snake stretches across her naked body.
It is understood the Oscar-winning actress only expressed discomfort when the strategically placed colombian red-tailed boa constrictor neared her neck.
Although, you wouldn’t notice when looking at the smouldering stare Lawrence gives the camera.
Vanity Fair’s fashion and style director Jessica Diehl said Lawrence was an easy choice for the provocative image.
“Jennifer has the perfect combination of strength, sexuality and humour, and, above all, tomboy to pull this off,” she told Fox News.
Tastefully shot by admired French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier, the image pays homage to the iconic 1981 Vogue Magazine portrait of Nastassja Kinski taken by Richard Avedon.
The original Avedon image sold at auction for $95,562 last year.
