As Prince Andrew faces mounting pressure to speak to the FBI about convicted paedophile friend Jeffrey Epstein, a former staffer of the disgraced billionaire says he witnessed the royal “kissing” and “groping” Australian-based victim Virginia Giuffre Roberts.

A former Jeffrey Epstein staffer claims he witnessed Prince Andrew kissing and groping Virginia Giuffre Roberts.
Steve Scully, 70, the disgraced billionaire’s former phone and internet specialist, told The Sun he saw Prince Andrew with a young girl in a bikini by a pool on Little St James – the Caribbean island owned by Epstein dubbed ‘paedo island’.
Mr Scully said he is convinced the young woman was Roberts – the now Cairns-based woman who has claimed she was forced to have sex with the royal.
Mr Scully is the first witness to come forward to say they saw Prince Andrew with Roberts on the island estate.
“He was grabbing her ass and stuff like that. They were kissing,” Mr Scully told The Sun in an exclusive interview.
“He was grinding against her and groping her.”
Mr Scully said “the look on Andrew’s face was excitement”.
He said he was struck by how young the girl was.
“It was so obvious she was so young and she never said a word,” Mr Scully told The Sun.
“I thought she looked particularly young. It bothered me. I thought that it wasn’t appropriate.”
According to The Sun, Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the most recent claims.
Prince Andrew stepped back from royal duties following a catastrophic BBC interview in which he categorically denied having sex with the teenager who says she was trafficked by Epstein.
US lawyer Geoffrey Berman told reporters in January that Prince Andrew has provided “zero co-operation” to the FBI and US prosecutors seeking to speak with him about Epstein.
The statement by Berman, the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan, was the first official confirmation that the leading US law enforcement agency had sought – and failed – to obtain evidence from Prince Andrew, third child of the monarch, despite his pledge to co-operate with legitimate law enforcement agencies.
Prince Andrew was reported to be “angry and bewildered” at the comments by US authorities, with Britain’s Telegraph quoting a source as saying: “The duke is more than happy to talk to the FBI but he hasn’t been approached by them yet.”
The US prosecutors have since stood by their statements.
