DWAYNE ‘The Rock’ Johnson has revealed he is expecting a baby girl with his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian with an adorable social media post.

DWAYNE Johnson and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian are expecting a baby girl.

The Rock took to his Instagram account to announce the exciting news, sharing a photo of himself lovingly touching his pregnant girlfriend’s belly.

He captioned the adorable selfie: “I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women so the universe felt we needed one more ... IT’S A BABY GIRL!!”

The Rock’s hashtags on the baby post were just as awesome.

It was reported back in September that the wrestler-turned-actor and his partner of nine years were expecting their first child together, but the Instagram post is the first time the couple has confirmed the news.

Johnson, 43, has a 14-year-old daughter named Simone Alexandra from his first marriage to college sweetheart Dany Garcia. The pair married in 1997 after meeting at the University of Miami and announced their amicable split in June 2007.

This will be the 31-year-old singer-songwriter’s first child.

The San Andreas star has a hectic film schedule, with at least nine projects announced, including voicing a character in Disney’s upcoming animated film Moana. Soon, he’ll be able to add ‘diaper duty’ to his list of commitments for 2016.
