AS the list of women and rape accusations grow against Bill Cosby, an ex NBC employee has come forward saying he acted as the comedian’s fixer, paying off girls.

The number of women who have levelled rape allegations against Bill Cosby has now risen to 16, with former playmate Victoria Valentino the latest to speak out.

But it’s not just women coming forward about the comedian’s previously hidden double life. Veteran NBC employee Frank Scotti, has also spoken publicly telling the New York Daily News he helped Cosby deliver thousands of dollars to eight different women in 1989-90.

Scotti, who worked as facilities manager at the Brooklyn studio where The Cosby Show was originally taped, claims that when Cosby invited young models into his Brooklyn dressing room, it was he who stood watch outside the door. And when the married actor wanted a Queens apartment for another of his lady friends it was Scotti who arranged the deal.

Scotti also claims that when Cosby needed cash distributed to his numerous female friends, Scotti was given the job.

“He had everybody fooled,” said Scotti in an exclusive interview with the Daily News. “Nobody suspected.”

The accusations are damming, with Scotti claiming the much-loved actor had an arrangement with a modelling agency that would bring aspiring models to his dressing room.

Scotti claims Cosby would pick one out, sometimes they could be as young as 16, and would ask to be left alone in his dressing room with her.

“I felt sorry for the women,” Scotti said, when asked why he was speaking out now.

He claims Cosby was sending numerous women about $2000 a month in payments and that the money orders were all in Scotti’s name.

“I did a lot of crazy things for him,” recalled Scotti. “He was covering himself by having my name on it. It was a coverup. I realised it later.”

The 90-year-old has saved the money orders to support his story and Angela Leslie, one of the women who recently came forth with allegations of sexual assault against Cosby, is named on one of the receipts.

Cosby’s lawyer, Martin Singer, responded to the Daily News.

“What evidence does he have of Mr. Cosby’s involvement?” Singer said. “How would Scotti know if a woman was a model or a secretary? It appears that his story is pure speculation so that he can get his 15 minutes of fame.”
