Justin Timberlake appears to be unfazed by his recent legal issues.

Addressing the crowd at TD Garden during his Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Boston, Timberlake seemingly joked about his drink driving arrest last month.

“So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and … no I’m just kidding,” the Grammy winner told fans in a video posted on TikTok.

After the audience erupted in laughter, the singer continued: “Is there anyone here tonight, that it’s your first time here to the show? Is there anybody here that you’ve been to one, two, three, maybe four of our shows?”.

After his joke, Timberlake spoke on a more serious note about his relationship with his fans.

“It has almost been three decades, you all,” he said.

“From the bottom of my heart, you have been such a big and beautiful and special part of my life and I only hope that I have been even half the same for you.

“For all of you in this room tonight, I have so much gratitude for all of you. I love you all so much. And, here’s to 30 more years. Let’s keep it going.”

The 43-year-old’s comments come after he was pulled over in Sag Harbor, New York, after he was charged with driving while intoxicated on June 18.

According to an arrest report obtained by Page Six, an officer saw the Cry Me A River singer “fail to keep on the right side of the roadway” and drive through a stop sign.

Timberlake’s next court date is July 26, but he is not required to attend.

TIMBERLAKE’S WIFE DROPS HUGE CLUE ABOUT STATE OF MARRIAGE

Jessica Biel has been spotted dancing at her husband’s concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City after he was charged with driving while intoxicated.

In an apparent show for support for her husband of 12 years, Biel was seen subtly swaying to his performance while she sipped a drink.

Wearing jeans and a baseball cap, the stunning actress looked effortlessly stylish on her night out with friends in the VIP area at the Forget Tomorrow concert tour show.

The video was posted by Jessel Taank, star of the reality show The Real Housewives of New York City.

Biel, who shares two young sons with the music star, was filming scenes for The Better Sister in Manhattan when Timberlake was pulled over by police in the ritzy Sag Harbor area.

She has been a steadfast supporter of the 10-time Grammy winner who has weathered various controversies over the years.

Just days after the police incident, Timberlake performed in Chicago, where he admitted to fans that he was at times “hard to love”.

“We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights,” Timberlake told the crowd at the United Centre stadium.

“It’s been a tough week, but you’re here and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now.”

He continued: “I know sometimes I’m hard to love – but you keep on loving me, and I love you right back.”

The massive Forget Tomorrow tour will head next to Boston and other cities in the US before Timberlake takes his show to Europe and the UK.

The star will then return to the US again, playing multiple cities across the nation before the tour ends in December.

‘TREATED UNFAIRLY’: SHOCK ARREST CLAIM

A restaurant owner claims that someone at the Hamptons hotel where Timberlake was downing cocktails before his arrest for drink driving dobbed on him to the cops.

“[They] said Justin was having a lot of drinks, and they told the cop to watch him if he is going to drive,” The New York Post reports, citing a well-connected Southampton restaurateur who did not want to be identified.

The local businessman did not specify whether the caller was an employee or patron of Sag Harbor’s American Hotel, including whether they were from Timberlake’s own party, in order to protect their identity.

However, the restaurateur said he believes that the Cry Me a River singer had been “mistreated” in the embarrassing incident, which made international headlines.

He also said the star was a “Hamptons regular” who has frequented his establishments “many times” over the years.

“[He was] definitely treated unfairly. Everyone drives through that stop sign when no one is there,” he claimed.

“He (Timberlake) was always a gentleman. People always recognise him, and they ask him for a picture, and he always says yes. He has the hat pulled down and the sunglasses, so it’s hard to recognise him, but some people do.

“He’s not like Leonardo [DiCaprio]. Leo does not like to be recognised, and he will even curse. He does not take pictures, especially if he is with a bunch of models.”

The local eatery owner also said he doesn’t buy the widely reported detail that the young officer who pulled Timberlake over, Michael Arkinson, didn’t recognise him.

“If you live in America, you know who Justin Timberlake is,” the source said.

“The cop did his job, but he definitely knew who Justin was.”

‘DIPS--T’: TIMBERLAKE ARREST COP’S TOUGH REPUTATION

The Sag Harbor police officer who apparently failed to recognise Timberlake when he pulled him over for alleged drunk driving is well-known in the ritzy town, according to a report.

Officer Michael Arkinson, who turns 24 this month, stopped the star after allegedly seeing him run a stop sign and swerve in the right lane.

Despite Timberlake’s global fame, the police officer, who wasn’t even born when Timberlake joined NSync in 1995, had no clue who the star was.

The New York Post reports that in just three months on the force, Arkinson has earned a reputation among Sag Harbor’s wealthy residents for his strict enforcement of traffic laws.

The police officer was even branded a “little red-headed dips--t” by angry locals for his tough attitude, the Post reports.

One resident claimed that he was pulled over by the police officer for talking on his mobile phone, even though he was using speakerphone.

“He told me I should have been using Bluetooth,” a writer known as Spencer told the Daily Mail.

Local businessman Mark Zucchero, 54, who owns Flying Point Surf and Sport, told the New York Post that he believes Arkinson.

“[The cop is] definitely not a bad guy. He’s diligent, he does a good job. He just didn’t know who Justin Timberlake was! That’s all, pretty simple.”

Kirk Severance, 31, who manages the Emporium True Value Hardware directly across the street from the American Hotel also said: “The cops around here are pretty lenient and understanding.”

TIMBERLAKE’S MUGSHOT RAISES QUESTIONS

Justin Timberlake’s mugshot is raising eyebrows online, with social media users wondering if it’s “the most high quality mugshot ever”.

The star allegedly refused a breathalyser and chemical test. He was released without bail later that day, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 26 putting a planned concert in Poland in doubt.

But it’s Timberlake’s somewhat impressive mugshot that has social media aflutter.

“Why is this the most high quality mug shot ever?” joked one user on X, formerly Twitter. “They said get the Nikon out we’re getting this [m***********] in 4K.”

“Of course jails in the hamptons use ring lights,” quipped another.

“The lighting is simply great in this precinct,” @mannyfidel agreed.

“This isn’t a mug shot, it’s a Time Magazine cover,” wrote @brnjohnson.

“Look like an oil painting it’s so good,” said @ArielEsq305.
