Hollywood actor Alison Brie has been spotted enjoying the beaches in Queensland just like a local.
Brie, 40, was seen frolicking at the beach in a green bikini and a trucker hat, and she looked fabulous.
She was blending in and looking like your average beachgoer.
Australia’s recently been treated to an influx of stars, and we’ve had everyone from 2000s singer JoJo to Jude Law prancing around Down Under.
Brie has spent quite a bit of time in Australia recently because she’s been filming the upcoming television miniseries Apples Never Fall – based on the best-selling novel by Aussie Author Liane Moriarty.
She’s also brought her famous husband with her.
The actor is married to James Franco’s younger brother, Dave Franco, who is famous for starring in hits like 21 Jump Street and Now You See Me.
Brie has made a huge name for herself by starring in Netflix’s hit Glow and hit movies like How To Be Single.
The couple usually reside in Los Angeles, but the pair were spotted spending time in the Aussie Hollywood mecca Bryon Bay earlier in the year.
It’s where Zac Efron spent time when he was hanging in Australia during the pandemic, it is Chris Hemsworth’s base, and it’s often where Matt Damon is spotted when he is visiting Australia.
Brie met Franco when they were both celebrating mardi gras in New Orleans in 2011, but they tied the knot in 2017. The pair like to keep things pretty low-key, but Brie has never been shy about singing her husband’s praises.
On The Drew Barrymore Show, the actor opened up about their relationship and said it worked because of respect.
“I think we respect each other so much and are so kind to one another. We really take care with the way we speak to one another daily, and it makes a big difference, I think,” she said.
The relationship isn’t just a romantic one – they are also are brave enough to combine their professional lives.
The pair worked together on The Rental in 2020 and clearly enjoyed it because they collaborated again on the film Somebody I Used to Know.
