Elizabeth Hurley has shared a jaw-dropping new photo of herself naked to mark a milestone, as she declared her love for country star Billy Ray Cyrus.

Elizabeth Hurley has celebrated turning 60 by posting a jaw-dropping image of herself naked.

The actress left her followers shocked as she artfully posed in a meadow in her “birthday suit”.

In the caption accompanying her image, Hurley said was “in love” in a sweet nod to her country star boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus.

The actress, who turned 60 on June 10, wrapped her legs and arms around herself as she posed for the snap.

Hurley, mother to director son Damian, and Cyrus, the father of pop star Miley Cyrus, shocked their fans when they went public with their romance earlier this year.

“This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love.”

She continued: “Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world.

“Pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx.”

Cyrus shared his own loved-up snap shortly afterwards, posting a picture of a beaming Elizabeth sitting on his knee as she wore a cowboy hat.

He wrote: “Happy birthday to the love of my life.”

Damian Hurley showed his support for the pair, adding love hearts underneath Cyrus’s post.

Despite their messy and public fallout, Miley Cyrus now wishes “happiness” to her father and Elizabeth despite struggling with the “pain” of seeing her mother Tish and Billy Ray go their separate ways, The Sun reports.

Hurley and Cyrus made their red carpet debut as a couple in Rome on May 24 for the opening of the Orizzonti/Rosso exhibition at Palazzo Barberini.

When Hurley appeared at a breast cancer research event on May 13 and was asked by European news outlet RTL TV what she and the singer have in common, she said, “We are very happy, we both love country music, we both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together.”
