Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan stays at Adelaide Hills luxury resort Sequoia Lodge

Actor Nicola Coughlan has shared snaps of a luxury getaway to one of Australia’s most expensive resorts with boyfriend Jake Dunne. See the photos.

Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan made herself right at home during a visit to Australia with a luxurious stay at one of South Australia’s premier accommodation spots.

The Irish actor and her boyfriend, Jake Dunn, enjoyed a relaxing couple of days at Sequoia Lodge in the Adelaide Hills, dining at award-winning restaurant Hardy’s Verandah, and soaking in an outdoor hot tub, among a range of activities.

Coughlan, 38, shared a series of photos from her June holiday with her 6.1 million Instagram followers.

“Got to take a break for the first time in what felt like a really long time and had a magic month,” she captioned the happy snaps.

“Feeling very sad to leave but very grateful to have had such a beautiful trip.

“Also got to stay in two very amazing places sponsored by Tourism @Australia

“@sequoiaaustralia where I found out I’m INCREDIBLE at Jenga and sat in an outside jacuzzi and had the best food in the most beautiful lodge in the mountains.”

The Advertiser understands that Coughlan’s stay at Sequoia was arranged by Tourism Australia, through one of their ambassadors Scott Tweedie.

The Barbie and Derry Girls star was already set to stop in Adelaide on a personal visit when Australian TV and radio host Tweedie stepped in and contacted TA.

Sequoia’s stylish suites range in price from between $1499 and $1899 per night, depending on the day of the week.

The completely private leafy 30-acre Mount Lofty Estate gives guests the opportunity to stretch their legs on nearby moderate hiking trails and easy walking paths.

Big-name celebrity guests who have previously stayed at the lodge include music legend Paul McCartney and tennis champion Novak Djokovic.
