Hilary Duff stuns in swimsuit on Women’s Health magazine cover

The former Disney star has posed in a swimsuit for the cover of Women’s Health Australia – where she’s revealed her flurry of body tattoos.

Hilary Duff has posed in a swimsuit for the cover of a magazine, showing off her collection of body tattoos in the process.

The former Disney star, 35, rocked a blue one-piece for the January issue of Women’s Health Australia, where she also spoke about her body image struggles growing up onscreen.

The mother-of-three, who is about to begin filming the second season of How I Met Your Father, showed off her incredible figure for a series of photos in the mag.

In one shot, she’s seen wearing a blue bikini, where a series of tattoos across her arms and legs are on full display.

The Lizzie McGuire alum told the publication how she had an eating disorder aged 17 as she battled with beauty standards in Hollywood.

“Because of my career path, I can’t help but be like, ‘I am on camera and actresses are skinny’,” she said. “It was horrifying.”

Duff talked about battling an eating disorder in her teens.

Duff added she now feels in the best shape of her life after refocusing her mindset.

“[I’m] appreciating my health, doing activities that make me feel strong instead of just bettering the outside of my body. Spending time with people that make me feel good and share similar views on health and body positivity and getting enough sleep and balance in my diet,” she said.

Duff was glowing in the photos.

It comes after Duff made headlines for posing nude in the US Women’s Health magazine in May.

“I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it’s produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through,” she told the magazine.

“I also want people to know a makeup artist was there putting glow all over my body and someone put me in the most flattering position.”

Later, she admitted on Instagram that the shooting process was “scary”.

“Sooooo, this was scary … I knew doing this would terrify me and I was right!,” she said of the photos.

She added that the team working with her had been “lovely” and that she’d actually had “the best time”.

“I felt strong and beautiful and laughed a lot getting into some of these poses without my high-wasted mom jeans and oversized whatever I normally wear.”
