Adelaide radio ratings: Who’s on top in the latest radio ratings results?

FIVEaa breakfast duo David Penberthy and Will Goodings have hit back in Adelaide’s radio ratings battle, while a new addition to Triple M is already making waves.

FIVEaa’s breakfast duo David Penberthy and Will Goodings are closing the gap at the top in Adelaide’s latest radio ratings.

The pair have gained 2.4 share points to finish with 13.6, cutting the lead of ABC’s Ali Clarke back to just 2.2 points.

Last survey, Clarke held a commanding 6.7 point advantage in the number one spot in the crucial early-morning time slot.

It was also the perfect start for Triple M’s new breakfast co-host Laura O’Callaghan, who helped the new Roo, Ditts and Loz show to third place overall and number one on the FM dial.

They finished with 10.1 share points after a 0.6 gain, leapfrogging Mix 102.3 duo Mark Soderstrom and Erin Phillips who were relegated to fourth on 9.4.

While former Fresh FM presenter O’Callaghan only officially joined Triple M’s breakfast show last week, she’s been doing segments with Mark Ricciuto and Chris Dittmar for a couple of months, leading to her promotion.

Fifth spot went to SAFM’s Rebecca “Bec” Morse, Andrew “Cosi” Costello and Andrew “Lehmo” Lehmann with 9.0, down 0.6, followed by Nova 919’s Ben Stapleton and Liam Harvey on 8.7 and Cruise1323 on 7.1.

Nova’s new Jodie Oddy Show with former Mix host Oddy, Max Burford, and Tiff Money appears to be going from strength-to-strength.

Though the survey results for weekends covers all timeslots, Nova recorded another 0.9 gain to finish on 10.8, just behind Cruise1323 on 11.1.

Mix is still Adelaide’s favourite station but only just, with a significant 2.3-point fall giving them a slender 0.2 gap ahead of ABC, followed by Cruise 1323 and FIVEaa.
