The grand reopening of a dysfunctional restaurant turns into a night of laughs, terrible table service and plenty of audience participation. A one-man physical comedy from NIDA-award-winning Will Tredinnick is described as a “45-minute egg-and-spoon sprint through the underbrush” with “Blumenthalian gastronomic experiments”.

Make Your Own
Help produce a special wine, using ancient, hands-on methods, in a new project led by winemaker Justin Lane(Freddy Nerks, ex Alpha Box & Dice). Each Saturday and Sunday of the Fringe, visitors to Gluttony can be involved with activities including destemming, stomping and crushing grapes, fermenting the wine and, finally, drinking the finished product. The activity will be staged at The Local Bar, which will feature a changing range of local wines and gins.
Karaoke Fringe: Wok n Roll
Sing with your supper when Asian food court the Chinatown Plaza hosts two karaoke nights during the Fringe. Choose from stalls offering everything from dumplings to Thai stir-fries, Vietnamese soups and Malaysian noodles before doing your best impression of Taylor Swift or Frank Sinatra.

Dinner with the Stars
Get up close and personal with performers of the past including Neil Diamond, Shirley Basseyand Elvisduring a show also including a three-course dinner in the stately surrounds of Mount Lofty House (Friday) or the Skyline Events Centre (March 9).
