One of Adelaide’s leading private schools is investigating a series of vandal attacks during which faeces was smeared through school toilets.

Four instances of vile vandalism have reportedly occurred at Westminster School throughout the past week with images circling across students’ social media.

Photos shared with The Advertiser document three of the instances, one of which shows an image of an alleged member of staff – the school would not confirm their identity – next to a ziploc bag of urine.

The culprit is seemingly an avid movie buff, with Batman’s key phrase “Vengeance” and Terminator’s iconic “I’ll be back” among the bathroom quotes.

A representative from the school’s Marion campus confirmed that staff addressed the events with the school cohort and reminded them of what is and is not appropriate material to share online.

The school continues to investigate the occurrences but their main concern remains with the welfare of the student.

Westminster Principal Simon Shepherd said: “Staff and students are all understandably concerned. We are investigating, and our first priority is to think of the student and be ready to provide help and support.”

Westminster’s alumni includes former Australian Idol judge, Mark Holden and Channel 7 journalist Mike Smithson. The school charges $24,336 for Year 12 students.
