Conservatives formally win the UK election

Boris Johnson has just given his first public speech since being elected as PM — making a vow to get Brexit done by the January 31, “no ifs, no buts, no maybes”.

Votes are being counted in the British election, and a major exit poll predicts Boris Johnson's Conservative Party will win a massive majority.
