What has been the major highlight for the business in the past 12 months?
Launching our Signature Series Coaches. They are the highest quality and most luxurious coaches to hit the road in Australia.
We have catered for many high-end clients including rock stars, politicians and corporates.
Can you identify one major challenge for the business?
We feel we are industry leaders. Maintaining our extremely high levels of quality, service and product at all times, without question is a constant challenge.
Are there any exciting projects you are working on?
What keeps this such an exciting company is the “unknown”. We never know what the next phone call, email or project will be. Often it comes last minute and as a surprise.
We have always done our best to “make anything happen” at any time.
Do you have any expansion plans currently under way or planned for the next 12 months?
We are always looking at ways to evolve and improve. If this means expansion then that is what will transpire.
Although over the past few years we have done an enormous fleet upgrade, we don’t need to do that again for a while. It will simply be maintaining and preserving what we already so proudly have.
What is your opinion of the state of the tourism industry in SA?
Kanga is so incredibly proud to assist in showcasing our wonderful state to all who come to visit. SA is truly blessed to have such amazing attractions and incredible regions – I feel at times that as locals we take it for granted.
We continue to see strong growth in visitor numbers through our inbound market.
