Westpac bosses face tough new laws

Josh Frydenberg has confirmed the new Bank Executive Accountability Regime can be used in the Westpac paedophile payments scandal, which can lead to industry disqualification and multimillion-dollar fines.

Westpac to cut executives’ bonuses

Westpac has said it will scrap or trim the bonuses of its executive team after it was alleged this week that it had committed 23 million breaches of money laundering laws.
