A group of people have been charged after they allegedly lured a man into a home in Adelaide where he was stripped naked, assaulted and robbed.
They are also accused of threatening to stab the 21-year-old, unless one of his relatives brought jewellery and clothing to the Oaklands Park home.
Police arrived at the Lucknow St property just before midnight on Friday, where they found the man inside.
He did not require medical treatment.
Three men aged 24, 35 and 38, as well as a 20-year-old woman, were also located at the property.
They were charged with abduction, unlawful detention, aggravated assault and aggravated robbery, and will front the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Monday.
“Police wish to reinforce this incident is not random and it involved persons known to each other,” SA Police said in a statement.
Neighbour Matthew Davis told the ABC it was usually a quiet street.
“I woke up in the middle of the night and I saw about four or five police cars and they were interviewing someone,” he said.
“I don‘t like that sort of thing happening in my street. It’s a horrible thing to happen.”
